Application
The LQRY type series hot oil pump is one kind of ideal circulating pump which is widely used to transport the weak corrosive liquid without solid particles whose using temperature should be less than 350℃in the the heating system of the heat-carrying agent in our country and now it has been applied in each industry field, like petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastic, pharmaceutical,textile, print, building and food.
Structural features
The LQRY series hot oil pump is the second generation product developed by our company based on absorbing the advanced technology abroad with the basic structure type of single-stage and single suction cantilever type foot support whose inlet port is axial suction and outlet port is straight up and installed in the base with the motor.
The structure type of double ended ball journal support is adopted for the support of LQRY series hot oil pump to observe the seal condition at any time and recycle the conduction oil that the front end of support adopts the seal of the lubricating oil, the real end of the support adopts lubricating grease and the middle has the oil conduit and the self-heat releasing structure is also adopted here to change the traditional water cooling structure to make structure simple, reduce volume&cost and improve the performance. Its seal type is as below:
Adopt the combined type of padding and mechanical seal: the heating resisting padding seal has the good performance of thermal adaptability and moreover the mechanical seal ensure the seal performance under high temperature which using the high mechanical strength and anti-corrosion hard alloy.
Adopt the third generation PTFE as the lip seal to make the seal performance leap which improves the reliability 25 times of the rubber and the anti-corrosion performance is very strong.
