ISW series single stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump which is designed on the base of domestic excellent waterpower model and the performance parameter of IS series centrifugal pump. It follow the international standard ISO2858 to design and produce. The seal adopt good mechanism seal which made by hard alloy. It has the characters of high efficiency, good performance, and easy to install. It follow the standard of our country JB/T53028-93 which Qualified by the Ministry of machinery industry product inspection.
Stably operated: direct coupling, the impeller has balance performance with non- vibration and low noise.
No water pour out: Seal with different kind of hard alloy, it ensure different medium that could transfer without release.
Two support low noise bearings of the pump, smooth operation, except for slight sound of motor, has no noise.
Low problems: the structure is simple and reasonable. The key part has high quality. The whole sets could not easy to have problems. It also has long service life.
Easy to repair: it is easy to repair the mechanical seal, bearing, and so on.
Take small space: outlet has three direction to select, right, left, up. It is convenience to install the pipe and save the space.
USE
1 ISW series horizontal centrifugal pump, it is mainly used in water supply and liquid similar with water in physical and chemical quality, applicable to water supply and drain for factory and city, high building, boat, garden irrigation, firefight, long distance eater supply, bathroom and other water circulation kit, the medium temperature is not exceed 80℃.
2 ISWR horizontal centrifugal hot water pump is applicable to energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, paper making and restaurant ti increase circulation pressure for boiler and house. The medium temperature is not exceed 120℃.
3 ISWH horizontal chemical centrifugal pump is applicable to oil, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, paper making, food, pharmacy, synthesize fiber. It transfer the corrosive liquid which is similar to the water with temperature between -20 ℃- +120℃.
4 ISWB horizontal pipe oil pump used to transfer gasoline, kerosene, and diesel oil which is easy to lighted and exploded. The transfer medium temperature is between -20 ℃- +120℃.
