Proper use of the pump

   (a)  To determine the direction on of rotation of the motor in front of the pump connection is correct, the rotation of the pump is flexible (or check after filled with water in the pump motor,it is strictly prohibited to pump in anhydrous idling)

   (b)  Closed out gate valve in the line

   (c)  To the filling of water in the pump, or use the cacuum pump water diversion

   (d) Turning on the power supply when the pump at normal speed,then gradually open the gate, on the road in the discharge pipe and adjust to the required conditions.On the discharge pipe of the gate closed, under the condition of pump continuous working time can’t more than 3 minutes.

2.  Stop

(a) Gradually closed gate value discharge pipe road, cut off power supply

(b)If the environment temperature is lower than 0 ℃， the pump should be the internal release ,so as to avoid frost crack.

(c) Such as stop using for a long time ,pump should be disassembled to clean oil,packaging.

3、Run

(a) In the process of driving and operation ,must pay attention to observe the meter reading,bearing temperature ,dripping of filling and temperature as well as vibration and noise of pump is normal,if found abnormal situation,should be timely treatment.

(b) The difference between the bearing temperature and environmental temperature not more than 40 ℃, the highest bearing temperature rise is not greater than 80 ℃.

(c) Packing leakage should be a small amount of uniform.

(d) Bearing oil level should be kept in the normal position,not too high or too low, too low should be timely supplement lubricating oil.

(e) Such as the clearance between the impeller with parts and sealing ring wear too should replace the new sealing ring (the diameter of the new pump clearance at around 0.15~0.25mm).

(f) Should try to make the pump nameplate prescribed performance points nesr (flow,head,etc),can make water pump working in high efficient area for a long time ,so in order to achieve maximum energy saving effect.
